About TriadPChelp.com
TriadPChelp.com is owned and operated by Malcolm Humes. He
has over 16 years of experience working with computer support and repairs and
has CompTIA A+ and Microsoft
MCSE certifications. He also has broad experience with Web, Network, Internet
and database technologies, as well as with end user support of business and
residential PCs.
Malcolm has worked with Internet technologies since 1991
and is co-author of a 1995 Web Publishing book published in 6 countries and 5
languages. He has worked with software and hardware companies since 1988
including Kyocera, Wind River Systems and Total Entertainment Network (before
it became Pogo.com), as well as various other technology and Internet startup
companies in California and North Carolina.
He launched the City of Berkeley’s
web site in 1994 and later was the first technical hire for Time Warner Cable’s
RoadRunner broadband ISP launch in Greensboro
in 1999.
Since 2003 Malcolm has worked with a small privately owned
High Point, NC
based company servicing Digital Cable TV and Internet Services to residential
apartments in the Carolinas and Virginia.
Network and PC Consulting Services
TriadPChelp.com started as a Computer and Network support
services company serving businesses and residences in the greater Greensboro,
Winston-Salem and High
Point areas of North Carolina
in 2001. Since then we have shifted focus to be an umbrella company for
various other projects such as Web hosting and development, and for online
retail business projects owned or managed by TriadPChelp.com.
Malcolm is still available for Network, Internet, Web and PC
support consulting on an as needed basis TriadPChelp.com. Please feel free to
